Dham Center

Structural design of an approximately 18,000 Square feet two story classroom building. The building was constructed out of a combination of CMU walls and steel framing at the first level. The second level and roof were constructed of steel framing with light gauge metal stud infill walls.

Vidyalaya

Structural design of an approximately 20,500 square feet two story multi-purpose building. The building also includes approximately 2,750 square feet of mezzanine space. It was constructed out of a combination of CMU walls and steel framing with metal deck including a concrete topping at the first level and second levels.

Apex

Structural design of an approximately 8,000 square feet commercial building. Construction consisted of CMU walls bearing on shallow footings with a steel bar joist roof structure.

Lutz Training facility

Structural design of a 24,600 sqft two story multi-use building. Construction consisted of CMU bearing walls with composite steel beam framing at the 2nd floor.

Creekside Church

Structural design of a new approximately 6,000 square feet church building. Construction consisted of CMU load bearing walls on shallow footings with a steel bar joist and metal deck roof structure.

woodlands animal hospital

Structural design of approximately 3,200 square feet addition to the existing building. The construction consisted of load bearing masonry and wood framing bearing on shallow foundations.

bONITA fISHING cLUB

Structural design of approximately 5,000 square feet bunk house. The structure was in a VE19 flood zone and was elevated above the flood plain. The construction consisted of cast in place concrete columns and perimeter beams at the first level with an elevated slab. The second floor and the remaining structure were constructed out of pre-engineered wood trusses and wood framing.

Ace Medical
Structural design of an approximately 15,600 square feet two story multi-purpose building. The building was constructed out of a combination of CMU walls and steel framing with the metal deck including a concrete topping at the second level along with the roof deck having a concrete topping.

PHVC Addition
Structural design of an approximately 2,150 square feet single story addition. The building was constructed out of a combination of CMU walls and steel framing with metal deck including a concrete topping at the roof level.

Salvation Army
Structural design of a new double door opening in an existing CMU wall. Designed details for a new exterior ramp along with details that replaced a section of the floor slab for a new floor mounted equipment.

Monin Wall Opening
Design of a new 52 ft opening in an existing load bearing CMU wall. The new opening consisted of new steel columns and beams.

Refresco Platform
Structural design of a new steel platform to support a forklift. The platform was approximately 10ft x 12ft.

Steiner Law
Structural design of a new entry consisted of a new 9ft x 14ft roof structure attached to the existing building. Construction consisted of wood framing and light gauge framing.

Sandbox VR
Structural design of a new concrete equipment pad for a bar robot along with two new exterior canopies mounted to the building.

HM Cattle CO
Structural design of a new concrete footing to support and anchor an existing silo was completed for this project.
