Trophy Fish Tampa
Structural design of a 2,400 square feet free standing shade structure that was constructed out of wood framing. Along with structural designs of a new 8 feet tall CMU screen.

Addition of approximately 3,300 square feet of a new conventionally wood framed deck and roof.
The H Tampa
Structural design of an approximately 6,500 square feet single story restaurant. Construction consisted of CMU walls bearing on shallow foundations with steel bar joist/steel beam roof framing.
Lip Smackers
Structural design for a new BBQ restaurant. It’s a single-story restaurant and approximately 3,400 square feet with 720 square feet outdoor patio. Construction consisted of CMU walls on shallow footings with a combination of steel bar joist and preengineered wood truss roof structure.

Structural design of an approximately 4,000 square feet elevated single story restaurant building spanning over an existing building. Construction consisted of concrete columns at the ground level with concrete beams and steel framing with a composite slab at the new elevated floor.
The remedy
Rooftop railing design for hanging string light at building perimeter, small bandshell canopy, vertical enclosure on rooftop bar, and rooftop equipment attachment as it was needed were all completed for this project.
