Interior renovation of an existing 6 story cast in place concrete building with non-load bearing exterior CMU walls. Phase 1 of the renovation was half of the existing first floor that required structural design of details for new CMU wall opening infill, Existing CMU wall opening infill, and structural support of an operable partition. Phase 2 was a Structural design of repairs details as necessary, Structural design of supports for new rooftop equipment, new wall openings in existing CMU walls and new exterior light gauge metal stud walls throught, existing wall opening infill and evaluation of existing exterior openings for new windows were all completed for this project.
