Lakeland Family YMCA
Structural design of a 41,000 square feet two story field house containing a gymnasium, weight room, elevated track, etc. The building was constructed out of load bearing masonry walls supported by shallow foundations and steel bar joist roof framing.
St Pete Pickleball Club
Structural design of the foundations and slab on grade that was an approximately 16,000 square feet for a pre engineered metal building. Also provided structural engineering services to remove the entire 2nd floor of an existing abutting building.

Structural design of a two-story YMCA building with approximately 47,210 square feet including a single-story gymnasium along with a structural design of an 1,800 sqft pool equipment yard and 2,000 square feet free standing bathroom/concessions building. Construction consisted of concrete tilt up walls with composite steel beam framing at the second floor and steel bar joist or steel beam framing at the roof level.
Detroit Tigers Player Development Academy Lakeland
Structural design of a new approximately 60,000 sqft four story building. Construction consisted of a combination of CMU bearing walls and steel framing. The floors and roof are steel framed with a metal deck and concrete topping on the floors.
