Academy of Holy Names Wellness Center

Structural design of a 14,000 square feet addition composed of a new weight room, concessions, press box and roof terrace. Construction consisted of load bearing CMU and steel roof framing with metal deck.

Seven rivers High School

Two story 32,000 square feet classroom building, constructed out of CMU with a composite slab for the 2nd floor and a steel bar joist roof system. An approximately 4,700 sqft lobby space between the gymnasium and the classroom building with the gymnasium being approximately 13,000 sqft preengineered metal building.

HCC shade sails review

Reviewed the existing condition of the shade sail connection points to see if repairs would be determined necessary after the 2024 hurricanes.

HCC Gym Analysis

Analysis of existing roof framing for the loading of temporary hanging equipment utilized in the NCAA final four tournament.

Indian Rocks Christian School Elementary
Renovations
Structural design of a new interior grand stair constructed out of structural steel. The project also included the analysis of the existing roof structure to support new rooftop equipment.

Indian Rocks Christian School Admin. Building Renovations
Interior renovation of the existing 18,000 square feet building. Relocated 2 columns to open the space in one portion of the building and structural design of an 2,000 square foot addition.

St Paul’s Gymnasium Renovation
Renovation of the existing 29,000 square foot gymnasium building that included the removal of large sections of an bearing wall to create new 2nd floor private boxes. Addition of a new single elevator and enclosure as well as the partial removal of the 2nd floor for a new 2 level kids play area.

Palm Beach State College Campus Beautification
Structural design of a CMU/concrete base for sculpture, Structural design of a concrete base for a large 4-sided LED screen.

Northside Christian School
Renovation of approximately 4,700 sqft of the existing building as well as a new 5,500 sqft single story addition.
