Visual Inspection of the existing structure at the Manhattan Casino. The building is two stories and approximately 16,000 square feet. The inspection was nondestructive. The report was to document the structure conditions and recommendations if any signs of distress were found.

Anderson Snow Splash Park

Design of a 500 square feet bathroom building, Design of foundations and slab on grade for a new 3,500 square feet pre engineered metal building, along with design of CMU storage bins for soil.

Tierra Verde Recreation Center

Structural design of a two story, approximately 4,000 square feet recreation center. The structure was designed with cast in place concrete columns, flat plate concrete slab on the 2nd floor with a combination of 2nd flood steel frame and CMU walls with a steel bar joist roof structure.

Structural design of an approximately 2,000 square feet memorial. The memorial consisted of a curved 12’’ CMU monument wall as well as tiered concrete seating.
